Job summary

Ability Builders seeks a BCBA/BCABA-certified clinician to lead clinical services in our Florida clinics. You will conduct assessments, implement ABA strategies, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will document progress, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and train caregivers and staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies. The role offers full- and part-time schedules in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCABA certification.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ability to assess skills repertoire and maladaptive behaviors to design interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
