Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role spans home, school, and community settings, emphasizing ethical practice and high-quality care.

You will lead behavior intervention plans, train RBTs and analysts, and monitor progress using data while ensuring PBS guidelines are followed. This is a growth-focused, family-first opportunity.

Competenze

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or with a team.
• Engage with clients and families, applying PBS principles to improve quality of life.
