Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team focused on improving lives through ABA. You will design and oversee intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful change across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and mentorship, with opportunities for growth within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members including RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to PBS staff and families.
• Oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
