Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality services for clients with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, and mentoring staff across home, school, and community settings, while upholding BACB ethical standards and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervising and training team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
