Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise a team of RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

You will implement FBAs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress, while adhering to BACB ethics and PBS policies. Travel to client locations may be required, with a focus on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies.
