Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services across home, school, and community settings. You will design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to improve quality of life for clients and their families.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive PBS team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work across settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and capacity to engage with clients onsite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
