Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing
• Related degree required or preferred
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work in diverse settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members
