Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team.

You'll design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings. We emphasize family-centered care, ethical practice, and work-life balance with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and professional development through in-house CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
