Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead, supervise, and design individualized ABA plans, working across home, school and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, oversee RBTs and Analysts, analyze data to drive outcomes, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines and PBS policies. PBS offers a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB
• Related degree required as part of candidate profile
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client locations and transport available
• Ability to physically assist as required by client needs

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies
