Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services across home, school, and community settings in Georgia.

You will design interventions, mentor staff, and ensure ethical practice while improving client quality of life. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and opportunities for growth with in‑house tools to streamline scheduling and BIP writing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet needs and improve quality of life.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
