Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families and individuals.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Create a PBS-based responsive system to meet needs of individuals, families and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to promote behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
