Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering person-centered ABA services with ethical standards.

As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance are emphasized, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB good standing and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Apply PBS principles to meet needs and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
