Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team and lead ABA services with families. You will design and supervise treatment plans, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality care in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing, and certification as per local/state requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families/stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
