Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with families, and mentor RBTs and Analysts to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree and state licensure/credentialing requirements apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
