Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, ensuring ethical, client-centered care. You will lead supervision of staff and coordinate services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and credentialing requirements vary by state.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
