Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide treatment to children with autism in our Northern Michigan clinical center and in clients' homes.

You will supervise behavior technicians, develop programs using VB-MAPP/PEAK/ABLLS-R and monitor caseload up to eight clients while collaborating with families and Medicaid case managers to ensure progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Active BACB certification status required.
• Willingness to supervise and mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one ABA programs for children with autism across clinical and home settings.
• Develop functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and support career development.
• Participate in ABA training and data collection methods.
• Attend monthly regional and company-wide meetings and contribute to professional development.
• Maintain general availability 8am–6pm Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours flexibility.
