Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks BCBAs to treat children with autism in our clinical center and client homes across Northern Michigan. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop intervention programs, and monitor caseloads while supporting family training and program monitoring.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA with BACB certification, and offers supervision opportunities, generous relocation/ signing bonus, full benefits, and a learning-based culture in a locally owned firm.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BACB certification.
• Experience with children diagnosed with autism preferred.
• Strong supervision and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism including assessments and data reporting.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians; assist with training and career development.
• Lead ABA trainings and manage data collection techniques.
• Participate in regional and company meetings; contribute to professional development.
• Maintain availability 8am–6pm Monday–Friday with caseload flexibility.
• Travel between client locations within Northern Michigan as needed.
