Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is actively seeking BCBA clinicians to deliver one-on-one autism interventions in our clinical center and client homes in Northern Michigan. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop programs, and monitor progress for a caseload up to eight clients.

The role offers a $10,000 signing/relocation bonus, full benefits, and a learning-based culture with opportunities for career growth and an Employee-Owner program enabling clinician input in company decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and active BACB certification.
• Experience with children diagnosed with autism preferred.
• Willingness to travel between clients within Northern Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism, including curriculum-based assessments and data collection.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to Behavior Technicians.
• Lead training and professional development activities; participate in team meetings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Manage caseload scheduling and program monitoring to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain flexible availability 8am-6pm Monday-Friday to accommodate caseload needs.
