Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks BCBA clinicians to provide treatment to children with autism in clinical centers and client homes. You will supervise technicians, develop programs, and monitor caseloads across Northern Michigan, with a signing/relocation bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required and BACB certification active.
• Experience with autism treatment programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism using curricula such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and support career development.
• Lead program development, data collection and reporting; coordinate with families and professionals.
• Participate in ABA trainings and regional meetings; maintain caseload management.
