Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with ASD. You will supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA practices, clinical supervision, documentation, and adherence to BACB standards. Join a mission-driven team serving mid-Michigan families.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification, BACB.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility.
• Experience developing ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with families.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust programs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff and families.
• Train staff and families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Deliver direct ABA services when needed.
• Participate in team and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain documentation, data, and billing accurately.
