Kaleidoscope ABA is expanding its Autism program, offering center-based, community and home-based ABA therapy. We seek BCBA's to conduct assessments, supervise clinical work, provide direct treatment and train parents. Opportunities include center-based and in-home positions with flexible hours (full-time or part-time).

We provide supervision for BCBA trajectories and paid RBT training/certification. Competitive compensation is based on education and experience, with a strong 15-year track

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments.
• Provide clinical supervision.
• Deliver direct treatment and interventions.
• Train and coach parents.
