Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks a part-time BCBA for our Centennial, CO clinic, with opportunities across multiple states. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and work-life balance.

You will work with families to deliver ABA services, supervise BTs/RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans in home or center-based settings. Relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Previous ABA Experience
• Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
• Provide support and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors.
• Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses when needed and review program effectiveness.

Education

BCBA Certification

Master's Degree in ABA or related field

LABA (if applicable by state)
