Steady Strides ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time and part-time roles. The position involves in-home ABA therapy, supervising RBTs, and developing/interacting with families to drive client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
