Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is expanding its Autism program in New Jersey. We are seeking BCBAs to conduct assessments, provide supervision, and deliver direct interventions with families in center-based and home settings.

Join our experienced team for opportunities that include supervision for BCBA candidates and paid RBT training. Flexible hours cover weekdays and some Saturdays; competitive compensation based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification required (current).
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and provide clinical supervision.
• Deliver direct treatment and conduct parent training.
• Participate in supervision and training activities for BCBA and RBT.

Job description

We are proudly expanding our Autism program with the utilization of evidenced based ABA practices. Join KFSABA and be trained to implement the latest techniques. We also offer supervision for individuals pursuing their BCBA and paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification.

Join our staff of enthusiastic and compassionate BCBA's. You will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, clinical supervision, direct treatment, and parent training.

LOCATIONS & HOURS

• Center Based and In-Home opportunities available
• Flexible hours: full time and part-time opportunities are available
• Available hours include (but are not limited to) weekdays and Saturdays with shifts varying between afternoon and evenings

REQUIRED EXPRIENCE & EDUCATION

• Minimum of a Master's Degree
• Current BCBA Certification
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
