Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification. The role offers a fully remote schedule, no caseload limits, and supportive licensure expansion programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
