Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc is seeking Assessors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a part-time role with flexible scheduling. You will assess both children and adults on the autism spectrum, develop individualized programming, and collaborate closely with caregivers to improve behavior and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field from an accredited program.
• BCBA certification required or in good standing.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA-based interventions and FBAs/BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS) and functional behavior assessments.
• Create individualized programming and record data during assessments.
• Coordinate with caregivers and clients to implement plans and communicate progress.
• Manage contracts across service codes and ensure data integrity.
• Provide clear guidance on clinical needs and conduct client sessions as needed.
