Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. seeks an Assessors/BCBAs to join the team for full-time work with flexible scheduling. Assessors will work with both children and adults on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments to improve behavior and quality of life.

Responsibilities include VB-MAPP/Vineland/AFLS assessments, functional behavior assessments, data management, and developing individualized ABA-based programming. Hybrid options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA-based interventions.
• Proven ability to manage data and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and others as needed.
• Perform functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized programming for clients based on ABA data.
• Record and manage data collected during assessments.
• Coordinate contract fulfillment across service codes and communicate with caregivers.
