Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA Assessor (Full-Time) to conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment timelines.

Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients using VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS; perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and NC licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.
• Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
• Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.
• Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.
