Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a BCBA Assessor to join our North Carolina team in-clinic with occasional travel. This full-time role focuses on assessing and developing ABA programs for clients under licensed supervision, with strong clinical support and collaboration with other therapists.

You'll conduct initial and ongoing assessments using VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS, provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC licensure or eligible before start
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and schedule assessments
• Complete clinical assessments to inform programming using VB-Mapp, ABLLS, AFLS
• Develop and update ABA programs using data and assessments
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.


• Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.


• Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.


• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.


• Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.

What We're Looking For
