Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA, located in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. The BCBA will provide direct services to clients while managing a small caseload with support from the Clinical and Operations Managers. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach Behavior Therapists.
• Collect and analyze data for program effectiveness.
