Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring a BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review session data with families to adjust treatment plans. You will provide ongoing supervision, lead team meetings, and consult with families on treatment concerns, with a strong emphasis on ethics and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive Clinical Manager for administrative help and caseload management.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and consultations.
• Collaborate with families on concerns related to treatment and staff.
