Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and laws.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and family to modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
