Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will regularly review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret outcomes, and adjust individualized treatment plans.

You will also consult with families about concerns related to treatment and staff, with clinical manager support for scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing staff and conducting family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns or staff issues.
• Support BCBA caseload with administrative help and scheduling.
