You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions, while preparing team members pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee BCBA program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
