ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time leadership of behavior-analytic programs. You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions for children and families.

Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification; licensure steps may be initiated before start date.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and adjust skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct functional and other assessments to guide intervention.
• Willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in typical BCBA duties and clinical leadership.
