Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. The position offers a relocation package up to $10K and a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support.

You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to determine intervention needs while maintaining a high standard of client care and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
