Job summary
ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement and supervise ABA programs for children and families. This full-time position offers a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with a relocation package up to $10,000 and on-site work.
The BCBA will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and contribute to program development and reporting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Active BCBA certification is required.
- Ability to initiate state licensure before start date if required.
- Experience supervising RBTs or staff weekly is expected.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee BCBA program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (preference, functional, staff performance).
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
- Other typical BCBA activities as assigned.
