- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments to determine need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional).
- Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
- Perform other typical BCBA activities.
