Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Butte, MT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role starting at $70,000 per year. You will design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, and train staff in evidence-based practices for clients with ASD and related disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and an advanced degree in a related field.
• Five years of direct ABA-related work experience preferred.
• Ability to train staff in ABA principles and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and deliver ABA training for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Plan and implement ABA programs, policies, and best practices.
• Provide behavioral assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Support staff with ABA program implementation and staff development.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and supervise staff in the field.
