Qualifications

• Must maintain the BCBA credential as required by state boards and certification bodies.
• Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Five years of direct work experience in behavior analysis or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for professional learning in ABA or related methods.
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Work with clients displaying challenging behaviors and support staff.
