Job summary

Delta-T Group's Monroeville client seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-ABA to collaborate with the treatment team, designing and directing the implementation of ABA services tailored to each child/adolescent and family needs.

The role emphasizes assessment, program design, training, supervision, and monitoring rather than direct therapy, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA and PA-licensed (as one of: Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, LBS, CRNP).
• Prior ABA experience.
• Clearances (Act 33/34 & FBI) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct the implementation of ABA services tailored to each child/adolescent and family needs.
• Assess, design programs, provide training, supervision and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the treatment team; flexible to evenings/weekends as needed.
