Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certificate Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to individuals with IDD in Northern Virginia.

The BCBA will assess, develop, and implement BSPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, effective interventions. The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, a Master's in a related field, and experience with IDD/ASD.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience with IDD, ASD and challenging behaviors
• Knowledge of Virginia state regulations and Medicaid guidelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and EHRs
• Must pass background checks and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BSPs.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train staff and caregivers on intervention strategies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and BACB ethics.
• Maintain clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews.
• Stay updated with ABA best practices and ongoing professional development.
