The Compensation range is $74,406 to $105,071 annually, with full-time, on-site duties in Hyde Park, MA.

Qualifications

• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential
• Preferred: Prior experience in a public school setting and working with students in grades 6–12
• Preferred: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Preferred: Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based compliance standards
• Preferred: Experience with data systems and behavior progress monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Direct Student Support & Service Delivery: Provide 1:1 and small group ABA-based services aligned with student IEPs
• IEP Development & Team Participation: Attend IEP meetings as the designated behavior specialist or related service provider
• Behavioral Assessment & Plan Development: Conduct FBAs and write comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Data Collection, Tracking, & Analysis: Design systems for behavioral data collection across settings
• MTSS & School-Wide Support: Provide leadership in implementing Tier 1–3 supports through MTSS model
• Staff Consultation & Coaching: Provide consultation to staff around behavior management
• Professional Development & Training: Lead trainings in trauma-informed care and behavior strategies
• Partnering with Students and Families: Communicate proactively with students and families around behavioral concerns
• Building of School Culture: Align behavior systems with school priorities
• Maintenance of Organizational Culture: Pursue professional development and collaboration
