Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with special needs.
• Proficient in behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review and interpret data, modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
