Job summary

Positive Reinforcement, a locally owned BCBA-run business, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver direct 1-1 ABA therapy in home settings with a maximum caseload of four clients. You’ll set your own schedule, build strong family relationships, and guide interventions from assessment through data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Direct, 1-1 ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to design and modify ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (max 4 clients).
• Set own schedule and therapy sessions.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS).
• Perform FBAs to guide therapy.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct parent training on ABA and autism topics.
• Analyze and graph data to adjust interventions.
