Job summary
Positive Reinforcement in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based, 1-1 ABA therapy with children. You will set schedules, manage a modest caseload, and work with families to implement data-driven interventions.
The role offers flexible hours (20-40 per week), competitive pay at $70-$80+ per hour, and generous benefits including tuition and CEU reimbursement, PTO, health coverage, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Licensed Behavior Analyst required (we assist with licensure within one month).
- Experience delivering 1-1 ABA therapy preferred.
- Familiarity with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (max caseload of 4).
- Set your own schedule and therapy sessions.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and families.
- Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS.
- Perform FBAs to guide therapy.
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct regular parent training on ABA and autism.
- Analyze and graph data to adjust interventions.
