Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, and collaborate with families and schools to support children with ASD and other developmental needs.

The BCBA will provide clinical supervision to RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in a warm, in-person practice. Relocation assistance is available, with a bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice in Rhode Island.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee and adjust ABA programs to support individual goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to RBTs and care teams.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
