Job summary

SNFout is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, and oversee program implementation for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and schools to support client needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus up to $10,000, distributed over 12 months after start date. Location-based hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and have proven experience as a BCBA.
• Strong communication skills and reliability required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and schools is needed.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (team member) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The team member provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
