Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop ABA programs, and supervise RBTs in person at our Rhode Island location.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to tailor evidence-based interventions and ensure high-quality care.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over 12 months after start date; relocation assistance is also offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active state licensure preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong collaborative skills with families, schools, and professionals.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.
