Job Juncture in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Licensed BCBA to provide supervision and behavioral analysis services to individuals and families. You will supervise associate behavior analysts and support DSPs in implementing Behavior Support Plans, coordinate with clients and families, and perform functional analyses and assessments.

MD-licensed BCBA with relevant experience preferred; strong communication with parents and RBTs, and collaboration with corporate and clinical teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA).
• BCBA experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with families and DSPs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide ABA services to individuals and families.
• Oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and supervise DSP staff.
• Conduct functional analyses and assessments and implement behavior reduction procedures.

Job Goal

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
